Hello Dave ! Interesting comments on your 12th house Saturn/Neptune, and 5th house Pisces Moon!

I too have Saturn/Neptune conjunct, but sitting in my Libran 5th house. My Moon is in Gemini. Like yourself, altered states of consciousness have been my obsession....(Moon sextile Pluto)....for most of my life, even as a kid I didn't spend a whole lot of time in the everyday which seemed so important to my contemporaries ! Interestingly, my 5th house conjunction manifested as Care-giver to my own beloved "Son".....the foster-child of two wonderful people who took him in, when he was four years old. He is Autistic, but severely disabled with Seizure disorder, and multiple physical issues. Over the ten years I worked with him, I learned what real communication, not to mention, real love, was all about !

He (John) is now 33 years old. I cared for him for ten years, but at the beginning of my Saturn return I retired and headed off to Mexico (the Underbelly of North America).....(my 4th house Pluto). I've now been here 3 years, and it feels as though I'm incarcerated.....totally isolated from any real connection or deep rapport with anyone!....(12th house Venus) I'm longing to be released from the consequences of my catastrophic decision, so I can return to John, as he is approaching the end of his life. Financially I am trapped....and must sell a property before I can afford to return.

Like yourself, I feel neither wise nor mature. But something in your words sparked a sense of connection for me. Our stories have differing themes and details...but the context all seems strangely similar. I hope things work-out for you ! Thanks for your honest words!

My Saturn and Neptune are in the 12th opposite the(Aries conjunct Venus) Sun. With a Pisces Moon(5th house), I have struggled with substance abuse most of my life. It seems to be all around me as two of my children have the same problem. I have also sold pot for many years and know own a Hydroponic shop where I teach people how to grow it. The most constructive expression seems to be my love of Tai Chi Chuan. Wish I could say I have matured enough to handle this, but it doesn't seem like it.

Hello Donna,
Very well put and in a nutshell the 1st and 2nd Saturn Returns were like that for me.
Having written extensively (heaps of fire) about my experiences of both 1st and 2nd Returns in the ‘9th house relationship and beliefs journey’ I will keep this brief.
My 1st was about ‘structure; discipline; desire for quality and accomplishment; maturity; authority; perseverance; and realism’ all of which I dealt with and learned.
I am just thru the 2nd return and still processing all that Saturn has given me or should I sat thrown at me :-) - definitely noticing and being aware of the ‘seniors’ phase creeping up :-) and dealt again with the Saturn lessons
My 3rd Return – I will be back in 30 years and tell you. Lol
Kind Regards Ineke
